Specialty RV is seeking to hire RV Service Advisors to advise customers on service options and costs when their RV needs repair! Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service and sales skills, and a general knowledge of RV mechanical operations. With many RV travelers on the highways, our service department is very busy, and we are hiring to meet customer demand.

Responsibilities - RV Service Advisor:

• Schedule appointments for service/maintenance/recall work
• Greet customers, inspect their RV and answer questions
• Advise customers on necessary/suggested services and costs
• Offer additional services and products, including special promotions
• Follow the status of a customer's RV from service entry through completion of work
• Keep customers informed of any changes that occur
• Upon completion of work, review work order with customer
• Provide a completely satisfied customer experience

Qualifications - RV Service Advisor:

• RV Service Tech or RV Service Advisor experience is preferred
• RV operational knowledge is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A positive attitude and professional appearance
• Good work ethic and computer skills
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
